Holistic means encompassing the whole of a thing, and not just the part. Our holistic integrative approach is designed to tune in to the physical, emotional and spiritual levels, allowing an organic healing process to naturally unfold.
Holistic yoga encourages practitioners to cultivate a heightened sense of awareness that allows us to refine our senses and be in the present moment, to move in the world with greater flexibility and detach from any physical or emotional limitations we may carry, ultimately allowing for greater freedom and joy to flow within.
The duration of this class is 90 minutes. It is suitable for most people regardless of age, flexibility, fitness or previous yoga experience.
